Reunion Date and Venue Announced
THE CLASS OF 1989 20-YEAR REUNION
Save the date! The GHS Class of 1989 20-Year Reunion will be held on Saturday, July 25th at PNC Park from 8pm – midnight. The cost will be $75 per person so please plan to bring your spouse or significant other. The event will include including heavy hors d'oeuvrs, (2) drink tickets, DJ, cake, prizes, slideshow, and lots of fun. We chatted with the class of 88 who had their reunion at PNC Park and they loved the venue! We will be in one of their club-level rooms with balcony access to the park, views of the city, pool tables, and dance floor (ready for moon-walking mayhem)
In the coming weeks, we will announce how you can RSVP through GatewayGators.net (secure credit card payment online). If you are a member - please make sure contact info is up-to-date. If are not a member of GatewayGators.net, please join today.
But please mark your calendar now!!! And remember to keep spreading the word about the reunion because there are still a lot of people that we have been unable to find/contact. A note to you Facebookers – we created a group titled “Gateway Senior High School - Class of 1989”. Please join it to help stay in touch. Thank you!

Introducing the Ad-Hoc Committee
A small ad-hoc committee formed through email and met last summer to get the ball rolling on the 20th year reunion. We’re going to stick with maiden names for simplicity sake – the people at the initial meeting include, Allyson Wagner, JoAnne Freed, Tracey McCants, George Potts, Grace Chough, Brad Braverman, and David Heidenreich. A few other folks have asked to be involved and we will bring them up to speed in the coming days.
We are asking everyone to please register on the Gateway Gator alumni site (www.GatewayGators.net) as well as Facebook. We will set up a group on Facebook. We will send out an email communications about the reunion through gatewaygators.net and will eventually use their service to allow everyone to order tickets to the event. And we will post updates to the group page on Facebook - but this blog will be the hub of information.
